As Seen on Fox 11: National Italy Day with Chef Colin

Chef Colin from Roundabout Catering & Party Rentals taught us how to make a delicious Italian dish in honor of National Italy Day.

Pretty Polenta Cones
Consider polenta like cream of wheat
Cook it slow, cook the graininess out
Let it set or cut it out, or fry it make it crispy or add mike or stock to make it creamy or you can grill it
Add sautéed tomato, basil and garlic or a turkey bolognese
Chef Colin uses a four-hour tomato sauce with extra virgin olive oil
Chicken stock, parmesan and fresh herbs — put it on the bottom of the cones
Add shaved parmesan on top and baby arugula
