When Halloween gets mixed in with the tail end of wedding season, it’s hard not to start daydreaming about the all of the fun possibilities a Halloween wedding could hold. Potential themes can range from a classic costume party to a sexy masquerade straight out of a ghostly movie.
Sophisticated décor kept dramatic with dark colors and lacey fabrics, can easily be softened with candlelight inside of lanterns. Ideas for snacks and treats can stretch as far as the imagination can go. A candy bar is the perfect place to let your guests go “trick-or-treating” while drinks can be made to match the evening with garnishes and themed names.
As 2014’s wedding season is slowly wrapping to a close, we acknowledge that wedding season is never truly over. Although our calendars might be opening up a bit as the fall season trickles in, we’re gearing up to hit the general planning process hard for our 2015 brides.

Think loud pops of color paired with neutral bases. Whether it’s orange, cobalt, or fuchsia, be vocal in your expression of color and allow it to play a large part in your décor.
Shiny gold frosting may sound like an awful thing to dress your cake in but if it isn’t absolutely stunning. Carry the metallic theme through with metallic touches made to your bouquet, shiny bases for your centerpieces, and even in the attire of your bridal party.
Chevron may have held a very special place in the summer weddings of ’13 but this year it was all about the stripes. When using this sleek element don't forget, the bolder the better. Just remember that if you opt for a black and white pairing to not get too carried away… After all, no one wants to end up with a "Beetle Juice" styled wedding.
